The first meal of the day is usually a non-negotiable thing for most people. As our parents and teachers have repeatedly said, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It reenergizes our bodies after a night of fasting and recovery. It’s impact on our overall health and mood can actually dictate whether we’ll function as a decent person or not throughout the day.
As they say, the early bird gets the worm. This may not apply to everyone, but most morning people are considered more likely to become successful people. We’re pretty sure that their breakfast plays a big role in making them who they are today. I mean what else is going to fuel them to tick everything off that to-do list?
