You can tell that summer is over just by looking outside the window, but even gloomy weather can’t stop these passionate photographers. Shutterpanda’s second year of doing the Trails workshop was challenging — torrential rain and all — to say the least. Chasing the light can be hard when, well, there’s no light available. But a few hours and a couple of sun dances later, the clouds parted and Shutterpanda pushed through.
The province of Aurora was the backdrop for this three-day photography workshop, and it looked amazing to say the least. From getting to know your gear to photographing the night sky to post-processing and coloring your images, it was the perfect crash course (and quick beach getaway) that anyone could hope for.
Here are some photos to get you inspired for your next trip out of town.
