Manila has always been unforgiving when it comes to summer heat. Eating ice cream can temporarily relieve you from the discomfort of the sun but wearing the right clothes in the summer can keep you sane the whole day. And if being sane means staying functional in this heat, then good news — the latest Saucony Originals Pack is now here to save the day.
To keep up with the rising temperatures, streetwear shop Complex Lifestyle Store offered a first look at Saucony Original’s Dirty Snow Pack last April 7 at their Uptown BGC branch. Saucony changed the way people ran by being the first brand to produce high-performing running shoes in 1898. Centralizing on its core purposes: racing, running, and walking — Saucony uses specific technology to design their shoes accordingly to the type of activity.
The newest pack includes three Saucony Originals models: the Grid 8000, the Shadow 6000, and the Grid SD. Each pair features a signature dirty snow upper, rope laces, perforated Silkee Suede toe box, embroidered Saucony branding on the heel and counter with Satin liners, and a translucent outsole that completely nails the icy look on each shoe.
