Content creators, take note!
In today’s hyper-digital age, creating content is getting more and more challenging. This is even more amplified for video content, where production values are much higher compared to other mediums. Even if you’re just doing it by yourself, more time and effort is required in planning, filming and editing in order to churn out videos that people will actually appreciate — and wanna watch more than once.
NextUp is YouTube’s answer to this. Launched in 2011, NextUp takes YouTube creators’ content to the next level by giving them skills, mentorship and expanding their network. To this day, it has helped over 300 creators in more than 15 countries.
This year, YouTube is taking this program to our shores. The company is currently looking for creators who have what it takes to join a week-long camp from Oct. 19-24, at the next YouTube Pop-up Space Manila. If you are selected, you will be eligible to receive a P100,000 voucher for production equipment to take your content to the next level, a spot at the one-week creator camp, and mentorship from NextUp alumni.
